Alien Ant Farm frontman Dryden Mitchell has reportedly been charged with battery following an alleged incident with a fan in the crowd during a recent concert.
According to a police report obtained by the Daily Mail, the fan was attending the band’s concert in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in October when he raised his “fist in the air and was trying to get a picture with Mitchell.” The report states that Mitchell then “grabbed [the fan’s] fist while it was in the air, and pulled the fist into his private area (genital era) against his pants.”
The fan reported that he “immediately pulled his hand away” and later decided to report the incident because it was “not sitting well with him.”
According to the Daily Mail, Mitchell was charged with a first-degree misdemeanor.
The Daily Mail‘s requests for comment from Mitchell went unanswered.
