Slipknot‘s M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan has launched a new solo project.
The percussionist announced the venture with little fanfare, only a social media most reading “Watch. Subscribe. Live Your Life,” along with a link to a YouTube channel called Live Your Life.
The channel includes two videos: a nearly seven-minute, electronic-driven piece titled “Brainwash Love — Death Inside,” as well as a 53-second clip titled “Live Your Life” that samples a creepy answering machine message over dark, ’80s synths.
Not much else is known about the project, so in the meantime, it seems all you can do is watch, subscribe and live your life.
Slipknot’s most recent album is 2019’s We Are Not Your Kind. The masked metallers will launch their Knotfest Roadshow North American tour this fall.
